ok no one has to read this bc honestly it probably makes no sense, i just feel compelled to try to do smthn like this bc Rinne is the first character (or first anything rly) to ever strike me in this way, i'll add more to this as we learn more about him and his character in !!

ok im not rly sure how to start this kind of thing ahhh ive never done it before nd im awful at explaining but

when enstars music came out i was rly excited bc id been interested in enstars casually up until then but didnt get fully engulfed in it bc the original game was super boring haha id read the threads abt the new units when info came out towards the end of 2019 but i didn't save them all to memory or anything. but one of my mutuals posted a vid ft. their favs doing crazy roulette nd the song awakened the dormant enstarrie within

long story short i became a crazy:bP in like 30 seconds lol however between then and the morning after the game came out, rinne became best boy, and im not truly sure why...

but hes made me rly rly happy since the game came out i genuinely find joy in reading his nonsense i love looking at him i love hearing him laugh ive never in the 21 years ive lived had a character be a total favorite like this, i was a kpoppie and had a kpop ult and STILL never felt genuine happiness like this...i just,, rly like him nd admire his loud personality haha

(here is where i poorly analyze his character lol)

as we all know, rinne left his village to pursue excitement and live the way he wanted to live. and he left with the goal of becoming an idol and succeeded and was even well liked by many until he became overshadowed by es units. so he became bitter, and became the chaotic clown we know and love, fueled with the need to destroy es. so like,, he's a sore loser lol

but like we learn that during that time of his rise in the idol industry, rinne was super positive and happy and he and niki learned about idols together like niki helped him become what he always wanted to be ;A; so when he fell from his spot on top, he like major spiraled down and niki watched it All he was like Right There

and while he goes about it in an unconventional way, rinne does everything in his power to achieve what he wants and believes. i admire it honestly haha

but also, rinne cherishes hiiro, he wants the best for him and - tho sometimes he goes about it in an odd way - does his best to provide hiiro with everything he needs to succeed and live, like from day one he decided he'd give his all to hiiro nd he's rly willing to do anything for him...he said he'd go back to their village and kick hiiro out so he'll live

AND THEN HE THINKS HES DONE NOTHING TO HELP HIIRO AT ALL HE REALLY FEELS LIKE HES AN UNLIKABLE VILLAIN LIKE HE ENJOYS "BEING THE VILLAIN" EXCEPT WHEN IT COMES TO HIIRO ;A;

STOP RINNE LOVES BEING AN IDOL THOUGH LIKE HE WAS REALLY UPSET ABOUT BEING KNOCKED DOWN I REALLY DONT BLAME HIM FOR TURNING FACE THE WAY HE DID?? BU T ALSO NIKI IS WONDERING IF HES REALLY OK WITH ?? GOING BAC K H OM ELIKE THAT ???? BEC ASUEBE ING AN IDOL WAS HIS DREAM AND HE WORKED SO HARD WITH NIKI FOR IT????

and not only that, despite his chaotic tendencies, rinne is super smart. he's come up with every scheme crazy:b has been apart of up until now and every single one of them has been ridiculous, but so so smart nd calculated imo like he's super aware

i think rinne just has a weird way of doing things, like he obvs loves his unit but hes also willing to use them to fuel his schemes and his own will...he has pride in crazy:b and apologizes for how he acted liKE HE REALLY LOVES THEM ;A;

and like i said he genuinely loves being an idol so much so that he'd have rather died an idol than anything else but hes such a sore loser and was knocked so far down after being overshadowed by other units....and even the way he tells hiiro he's going back to their village...he's a very odd boy...i love him :( between his out of this world dialogue and his hyena laugh and every ridiculous thing hes done i love him a lot

i really like how he's both a caring older brother that you can easily love and sympathize with but on the other hand he's a wild "villain" who genuinely enjoys all the chaos he's causing, but he's also a very passionate person who adores doing what hes doing and will do anything to keep doing it, which is why he does everything he does i think,,,

idk how to explain it but like rinne is both selfish and selfless at the same time, if that makes sense

anyways tldr; i love rinne amagi inside and out with my whole heart he makes me very very happy <3
